This is the Ziyarat of Imam Ali, recited when visiting his grave, or from afar when commemorating his death date, the day of Ghadeer, the day of Divine Mission and other such occasions.

زیارت امین الله
السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِينَ اللَّهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ
Peace be on you, O trusted guardian, appointed by Allah, to administer His earth,
وَ حُجَّتَهُ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ
and to convince the mankind to accept His plan.
السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Peace be on you, O Ameer ul Moomineen
أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ جَاهَدْتَ فِي اللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِ
I testify that you made utmost efforts, as it should be, in the cause of Allah,
وَ عَمِلْتَ بِكِتَابِهِ وَ اتَّبَعْتَ سُنَنَ نَبِيِّهِ
acted upon His Book, followed the way of life of His Prophet,
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ
blessings of Allah be on him and on his children,
حَتَّى دَعَاكَ اللَّهُ إِلَى جِوَارِهِ
to the last moment of your life, until Allah invited you to come unto Him,
فَقَبَضَكَ إِلَيْهِ بِاخْتِيَارِهِ
and used His discretion to take you away,
وَ أَلْزَمَ أَعْدَاءَكَ الْحُجَّةَ
and sealed your enemies’ doom with the blame
مَعَ مَا لَكَ مِنَ الْحُجَجِ الْبَالِغَةِ عَلَى جَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ
that the arguments had been made known to one and all through you.
اللَّهُمَّ فَاجْعَلْ نَفْسِي مُطْمَئِنَّةً بِقَدَرِكَ
O Allah let me be happy and satisfied with that which Thou considers good for me,
رَاضِيَةً بِقَضَائِكَ مُولَعَةً بِذِكْرِكَ وَ دُعَائِكَ
let me agree with that which Thou decides for me, let me passionately remember Thee, and invoke Thee,
مُحِبَّةً لِصَفْوَةِ أَوْلِيَائِكَ
let me be in love with Thy pure and sincere friends,
مَحْبُوبَةً فِي أَرْضِكَ وَ سَمَائِكَ
let me be well-liked and respected on the earth, and in the heavens,
صَابِرَةً عَلَى نُزُولِ بَلاَئِكَ
let me be unruffled and well composed in the midst of misfortunes,
شَاكِرَةً لِفَوَاضِلِ نَعْمَائِكَ
let me be gratefully thankful in prosperity,
ذَاكِرَةً لِسَوَابِغِ آلاَئِكَ
let me be mindful of much and more bounties,
مُشْتَاقَةً إِلَى فَرْحَةِ لِقَائِكَ
let- me ardently desire for the heart warming meeting with Thee;
مُتَزَوِّدَةً التَّقْوَى لِيَوْمِ جَزَائِكَ
well-equipped with piety to gain my end on the Day of Requital,
مُسْتَنَّةً بِسُنَنِ أَوْلِيَائِكَ
let me follow into the footsteps of Thy representatives,
مُفَارِقَةً لِأَخْلاَقِ أَعْدَائِكَ
let me disassociate myself from the mannerism of Thy enemies,
مَشْغُولَةً عَنِ الدُّنْيَا بِحَمْدِكَ وَ ثَنَائِكَ
let me pass my time, in this world, by praising and glorifying Thee.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ قُلُوبَ الْمُخْبِتِينَ إِلَيْكَ وَالِهَةٌ
O Allah, verily, the hearts of those who surrender to Thee, are full of passionate love,
وَ سُبُلَ الرَّاغِبِينَ إِلَيْكَ شَارِعَةٌ
the path of those, who long for Thee, is the straight (true) road,
وَ أَعْلاَمَ الْقَاصِدِينَ إِلَيْكَ وَاضِحَةٌ
the instructions given by those, who lean on Thee, are distinct and precise,
وَ أَفْئِدَةَ الْعَارِفِينَ مِنْكَ فَازِعَةٌ
the minds of those, who are aware of Thy reality, are filled with awe and reverence,
وَ أَصْوَاتَ الدَّاعِينَ إِلَيْكَ صَاعِدَةٌ
the call of those, who invite unto Thee, is loud and clear,
وَ أَبْوَابَ الْإِجَابَةِ لَهُمْ مُفَتَّحَةٌ
and the doors of approval are kept open for them
وَ دَعْوَةَ مَنْ نَاجَاكَ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ
whosoever submits his supplication to Thee receives a favorable answer,
وَ تَوْبَةَ مَنْ أَنَابَ إِلَيْكَ مَقْبُولَةٌ
whosoever turns repentant unto Thee gets acceptance (amnesty),
وَ عَبْرَةَ مَنْ بَكَى مِنْ خَوْفِكَ مَرْحُومَةٌ
whosoever bursts into tears in fear of Thy punishment obtains mercy,
وَ الْإِغَاثَةَ لِمَنِ اسْتَغَاثَ بِكَ مَوْجُودَةٌ مَبْذُولَةٌ
whosoever seeks redress from Thee finds the required assistance at his disposal,
وَ الْإِعَانَةَ لِمَنِ اسْتَعَانَ بِكَ مَبْذُولَةٌ (مَوْجُودَةٌ)
whosoever asks for Thy help procures the aid as a gift.
وَ عِدَاتِكَ لِعِبَادِكَ مُنْجَزَةٌ
Thy promise made with Thy servants is fulfilled;
وَ زَلَلَ مَنِ اسْتَقَالَكَ مُقَالَةٌ
whosoever asks for pardon of his errors finds them reduced to nothing,
وَ أَعْمَالَ الْعَامِلِينَ لَدَيْكَ مَحْفُوظَةٌ
whosoever does everything for Thy sake discovers that each and every deed has been preserved.
وَ أَرْزَاقَكَ إِلَى الْخَلاَئِقِ مِنْ لَدُنْكَ نَازِلَةٌ
The means of livelihood available to the created beings come from Thee like a rainfall,
وَ عَوَائِدَ الْمَزِيدِ إِلَيْهِمْ وَاصِلَةٌ
and in addition many recurring favors and bounties reach them in regular successions,
وَ ذُنُوبَ الْمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ مَغْفُورَةٌ
the sins of those, who ask for forgiveness, are overlooked,
وَ حَوَائِجَ خَلْقِكَ عِنْدَكَ مَقْضِيَّةٌ
the wants and needs of all that which has been created by Thee are properly satisfied,
وَ جَوَائِزَ السَّائِلِينَ عِنْدَكَ مُوَفَّرَةٌ
those who put forward genuine demands get more than they ask for,
وَ عَوَائِدَ الْمَزِيدِ مُتَوَاتِرَةٌ
one after the other, again and again;
وَ مَوَائِدَ الْمُسْتَطْعِمِينَ مُعَدَّةٌ
for the hungry wholesome food is arranged,
وَ مَنَاهِلَ الظِّمَاءِ (لَدَيْكَ) مُتْرَعَةٌ
for the thirsty clean water is available in abundance.
اللَّهُمَّ فَاسْتَجِبْ دُعَائِي
O Allah give favorable answer to my prayer,
وَ اقْبَلْ ثَنَائِي
acknowledge the praise I sing in worship,
وَ اجْمَعْ بَيْنِي وَ بَيْنَ أَوْلِيَائِي
let there be peace and harmony between me and my friends,
بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عَلِيٍّ وَ فَاطِمَةَ وَ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ
for the sake of Muhammad, Ali, Fatimah, Hasan and Husayn;
إِنَّكَ وَلِيُّ نَعْمَائِي وَ مُنْتَهَى مُنَايَ
verily, Thou art my Benefactor who provides with bounties,
وَ غَايَةُ رَجَائِي
the aim of my desires, the ultimate destination of my hopes,
فِي مُنْقَلَبِي وَ مَثْوَايَ
in my future life, and during this short life.
أَنْتَ إِلَهِي وَ سَيِّدِي وَ مَوْلاَيَ
Thou art my God, my Master and my Lord;
اغْفِرْ لِأَوْلِيَائِنَا وَ كُفَّ عَنَّا أَعْدَاءَنَا
welcome my friends, keep our enemies away from us;
وَ اشْغَلْهُمْ عَنْ أَذَانَا
to save us from the evil mischief divert their attention,
وَ أَظْهِرْ كَلِمَةَ الْحَقِّ وَ اجْعَلْهَا الْعُلْيَا
let the “true Word” come out in the open, supreme and dominant,
وَ أَدْحِضْ كَلِمَةَ الْبَاطِلِ وَ اجْعَلْهَا السُّفْلَى
refute and condemn the “foullie”, rendered contemptible,
إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْ‏ءٍ قَدِير
verily, Thou art able to do all things. (3:26)
