Namaz on Laylatul Qadr
Recite a 2 rakat salat, with Surah al-Hamd followed by Surah Ikhlaas 7 times

In first Rakat recite Sura Fatiha
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِIn the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَAll praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِThe Beneficent, the Merciful.مَٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِMaster of the Day of Judgment.إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُThee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help.ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَKeep us on the right path.صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَThe path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. -
In second Rakat recite Sura Fatiha

Recite Sura Al-Ikhlaas 7 times
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِIn the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌSay: He, Allah, is One.ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُAllah is He on Whom all depend.لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْHe begets not, nor is He begotten.وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢAnd none is like Him.
Complete the prayer as usual. Upon completion of the 2 rakaat’s recite 70 times, and then intercede with Al-Quran
- Seek forgiveness 70 times
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إلَيْهِ
- The Holy Qur’an should be opened and placed in front, then one should recite as under:Alaahumma inni asaloka be kitaabekal munzale Wa maa feeh, wa feehismokal akbaro wa asmaakal husnaa, wa maa yokhaafo Wa yurjaa an taj-alani min otaqaaeka minan-Naar
اَللّـهُمَّ اِنّي اَسْاَلُكَ بِكِتابِكَ وَما فيهِ وَفيهِ اسْمُكَ الاَكْبَرُ وَاَسْماؤُكَ الْحُسْنى، وَما يُخافُ وَيُرْجى اَنْ تَجْعَلَني مِنْ عُتَقائِكَ مِنَ النّارِِ
O Allah , in the name of this Holy Book sent by Thee, whatever there be in the Book. Including Ism-e-A’azam and Asmaa-e-Husnaa and the things to be dreaded, the things that may be expected and desired,( like blessings of Heaven). treat me as one of those who are free from Hell fire
- Place the Quran on your head and recite thisO Allah! I appeal to Thee in the name of this Qur’an and the Rooh that was sent along with it, and in the name of the Momin (believer) whose praise is contained in this Book and The obligation that is on them. No one else recognizes the right and truth more than Thee
اَللّـهُمَّ بِحَقِّ هذَا الْقُرْآنِ، وَبِحَقِّ مَنْ اَرْسَلْتَهُ بِهِ، وَبِحَقِّ كُلِّ مُؤْمِن مَدَحْتَهُ فيهِ، وَبِحَقِّكَ عَلَيْهِمْ، فَلا اَحَدَ اَعْرَفُ بِحَقِّكَ مِنْكَ
- Repeat 10 times and seek intercession of Allah and the 14 infalliables
بِكَ يَا اللّهُ،For Your sake, O Allah,بِمُحَمّدٍ،for the sake of Muhammad,بِعَلِيّ،for the sake of `Ali,بِفَاطِمَةَ،for the sake of Fatimah,بِالحَسَنِ،for the sake of Hasan,بِالحُسَيْنِ،for the sake of Husayn,بِعَلِيّ بْنِ الحُسَيْنِ،for the sake of `Ali ibn Husayn,بِمُحَمّدِ بْنِ عَلِيّ،for the sake of Muhammad ibn `Ali,بِجَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمّدٍ،for the sake of Ja`far ibn Muhammad,بِمُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ،for the sake of Musa ibn Jafar,بِعَلِيّ بْنِ مُوسَى،for the sake of `Ali ibn Musa,بِمُحَمّدِ بْنِ عَلِيّ،for the sake of Muhammad ibn `Ali,بِعَلِيّ بْنِ مُحَمّدٍ،for the sake of `Ali ibn Muhammad,بِالحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيّ،for the sake of Hasan ibn `Ali,بِالحُجّةِ،for the sake of al-Hujjah.
