Dua welcoming birth of Imam Mahdi

Recite the following dua to welcome the birth of the Living Imam who was born on 15th Shabaan 255 AH (It has the status of salutation to Imam)

اللّهُمَّ بِحَقِّ لَيْلَتِنَا
O my Allah for the sake of this night we are now in,
هذِهِ وَمَوْلُودِهَا
for the sake of he who was born tonight,
وَحُجَّتِكَ وَمَوْعُودِهَا،
Thy decisive argument, Thy “promise”,
الَّتِي قَرَنْتَ إلَى فَضْلِهَا فَضْلاً،
that Thou joined with it as a favour to keep alive its superiority,
فَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُكَ صِدْقاً وَعَدْلاً،
so Thou fulfilled Thy words truly and justly;
لا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَاتِكَ، وَلا مُعَقِّبَ لآيَاتِكَ،
no one can change Thy Words nor obscure Thy signs.
نُورُكَ الْمُتَأَلِّقُ،
Thy Light, soft, pleasant and caressing,
وَضِيَاؤُكَ الْمُشْرِقُ،
Thy splendor, had come in view
وَالْعَلَمُ النُّورُ فِي طَخْيَاءِ الدَّيْجُورِ،
bright and brilliant, for the “Bright sigh”,
الْغَائِبُ الْمَسْتُورُ
(so far) invisible and hidden in the obscurity of the darkness,
جَلَّ مَوْلِدُهُ،
the covering had been taken off,
وَكَرُمَ مَحْتِدُهُ،
his arrival in this world was the basis of all kindness,
وَالْمَلائِكَةُ شُهَّدُهُ،
the Angels stood witness.
وَاللّهُ نَاصِرُهُ وَمُؤَيِّدُهُ،
Almighty Allah will help him and support him
إذَا آنَ مِيعَادُهُ
when the promise (the event of the beginning of his reign) come true,
وَالْمَلائِكَةُ أَمْدَادُهُ،
the Angels will be among his troops,
سَيْفُ اللّهِ الَّذِي لا يَنْبُو،
(he will be) a fatal blow from Allah that will never miss the aim
وَنُورُهُ الَّذِي لا يَخْبُو،
a light from Him that will never grow dim,
وَذُو الْحِلْمِ الَّذِي لا يَصْبُو،
a gentle matured disposition that will never jeopardize the truth.
مَدَارُ الدَّهْرِ،
The motive and reason of the course of events,
وَنَوَامِيسُ الْعَصْرِ،
the honour and estimation of time,
وَوُلاةُ الأَمْرِ،
the “Ulil—Amr” (in charge of Allah’s affairs).
وَالْمُنَزَّلُ عَلَيْهِمْ مَا يَتَنَزَّلُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ،
Accompany that which comes down in the “Grand Night”
وَأَصْحَابُ الْحَشْرِ وَالنَّشْرِ،
the controllers of the Day of Judgment and resurrection,
تَرَاجِمَةُ وَحْيِهِ،
interpreters of the “Revelations”,
وَوُلاةُ أَمْرِهِ وَنَهْيِهِ.
and those who make known what to do and what not to do.
اللّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلَى خَاتِمِهِمْ وَقَائِمِهِمُ
O Allah send blessing on their seal and representative,
الْمَسْتُورِ عَنْ عَوَالِمِهِمْ
un seeable to their people,
اللّهُمَّ وَأَدْرِكْ بِنَا أَيَّامَهُ
make his days, his return,
وَظُهُورَهُ وَقِيَامَهُ،
his time, reach maturity,
وَاجْعَلْنَا مِنْ أَنْصَارِهِ،
(let us be with him), as his helpers,
وَاقْرِنْ ثأْرَنَا بِثَأْرِهِ،
let us be his attacking comrades to hunt up and eliminate the beasts (in human shapes),
وَاكْتُبْنَا فِي أَعْوَانِهِ وَخُلَصَائِهِ،
register our names as his supporters and sincere friends,
وَأَحْيِنَا فِي دَوْلَتِهِ نَاعِمِينَ،
bring us to life again in his reign,
وَبِصُحْبَتِهِ غَانِمِينَ،
gentle and loving, happy and satisfied in his company,
وَبِحَقِّهِ قَائِمِينَ،
and steadfast in his cause,
وَمِنَ السُّوءِ سَالِمِينَ،
free from sins,
يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ،
O the Most Merciful!
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ،
(All) praise is for Allah, the Lords of the worlds!
وَصَلَوَاتُهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ
His blessings be on our Chief, Muhammad,
خَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالْمُرْسَلِينَ
the Last Prophet and Messenger,
وَعَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ الصَّادِقِينَ
and on his dependable “Ahlul Bayt”,
وَعِتْرَتِهِ النَّاطِقِينَ،
his truth—revealing children,
وَالْعَنْ جَمِيعَ الظَّالِمِينَ،
and condemn all the oppressors
وَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمْ
and judge between them and us
يَا أَحْكَمَ الْحَاكِمِينَ.
O the Best Ruler!
